Welcome to Productive Play Camp 2025! We are thrilled to have your camper(s) join us for an exciting week full of creativity, learning, laughter, new and old friendships. As your coaches—Coach Bobby, Coach Bryant, and Coach Kessler—we can’t wait to spend the time exploring, playing, and making unforgettable memories with everyone!

We’ll be guiding campers through a mix of fun-filled experiences, including:

🎯 Outdoor Games & Team Challenges
🧩 Board Games & Group Play
💧 Water Play
🔬 STEM Activities – fun with science, engineering, and creativity
🎨 Crafts & Imaginative Free Play

Along with the blacktop and field, we’ll be using three classrooms during camp—one of which is air-conditioned, so everyone can cool off and relax when needed.

📅 Camp Dates – Week 2

Start Date: June 30, 2025
End Date: July 3, 2025
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Early drop-off starts at 8:30 AM)

🎒 Daily Packing List

To make sure your camper is ready for the day, please pack the following each day:

• A refillable water bottle

• Sunscreen (applied at home, with extra packed and labeled with the camper’s name)

• Comfortable clothes and shoes suitable for active play

• Lunch for your camper (note that there may not be refrigeration available)

• Preferred snacks (*The camp will provide snacks – this is only if your camper(s) want snacks from home*)

Drop-off / Pick-up Details

Drop-Off:

• Early drop-off begins at 8:30 AM.

• Camp officially starts at 9:00 AM.

  • Park in the Middlefield parking lot (See marked location on MAP)

  • Look for our PRODUCTIVE PLAY banner and walk your camper(s) to the check-in table. There are other camps on-site at the same time and we want to be sure you’re at the right one!

Pick-Up:

• Camp ends at 3:00 PM.

• Parents/Guardians/Appointed pick-up person should pick up campers promptly.

• Please message (805) 909-0204 if there will be any delay in arriving by pick-up time.

  • Park in the Middlefield parking lot (Same as drop-off)

  • Provide your camper’s name at the PRODUCTIVE PLAY check-out table. A Coach or coordinator will bring your camper(s) to you.

QR Code and Name Tags:

• Each camper will receive a name tag with a QR code.

• Our camp directors or camp coordinators will check campers in and out using the code and tags.

Name Tag Procedure:

• Name tags will be left at camp each day.

• Please pick-up your camper’s name tag upon check-in and provide it to a check-in coordinator or director.

Walking Home or Leaving Camp:

• Let us know if your child is allowed to walk home or leave camp independently by responding to this email with permission.

• Be sure to specify if this is each day, or only specific day(s)
